Sophia Feinberg is a BSN, RN, board-certified as a Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) and Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse (CPEN), with additional training as a Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE). Her clinical background spans pediatric medicine and emergency nursing, where she's learned to make fast, accurate calls with limited information and no room for error. She continues to work at the bedside today, keeping her clinical judgment current rather than theoretical.

She brings that background to legal nurse consulting: reviewing medical records, building timelines, and helping attorneys understand what actually happened clinically, whether that's flagging a deviation from standard of care, clarifying a diagnosis, or explaining a treatment decision in context. The result isn't a dry summary, it's a clear read on what's defensible, what's a red flag, and where a case stands clinically.

Sophia takes on cases across medical malpractice, personal injury, non-accidental trauma, and general liability, for adult and pediatric patients alike. Pediatric and emergency medicine are where her hands-on experience runs deepest, but the same clinical reasoning applies no matter who's in the bed. She is a member of AALNC and its New England chapter and stays current through continuing education in both clinical and legal nurse consulting practice.
